Growth Tracker Report Examples
Here are a few of the kind of reports you can produce with the Growth Tracker in order to bring clarity to your and other's spiritual growth journey...
Personal Spiritual Profile

This simple report plots and summarises the personal spiritual profile of an individual. You may choose to produce it so that you or your small group members have a copy of results to post somewhere as a reminder or to take with you to a Mutual Mentoring session. Entering the data needed for this report also ensures you'll have it on hand when you want to repeat the survey and track each other's growth progress. You also may choose to enter your friends' data and produce this report simply to save them having to calculate their own results.
Group Spiritual Profile

The Group Spiritual Profile can be used to show the averaged results for a small group, leadership team or even your whole church. For future reference, the Growth Tracker will also keep a record of which individual or other group results are included in your group profile. This type of report will be useful in discussions during The 3 Colors of Your Spirituality small group or church-wide pilgrimage.
Individual Growth

The detailed comparison report is very important for tracking an individual's spiritual growth. It allows you to present up to eight personal surveys on the same page at once. This will show you both your progress over time and also your longer term sticking points (the areas you need extra help with) when it comes to embracing a richer experience of God. Transformation can be seen when the lines move up and cease to follow the same path.
Couple Comparison

Different to the detailed comparison report, the simple comparison report is not concerned with the overall level of the results, but purely with the similarities and differences between the up to eight people contained within it. In this way, it is the ideal report to use when helping people understand who they are similar to and who they could ask to help them in their spiritual growth. If you are a small group leader, this report would be very helpful for your group as a whole. Beyond that, producing versions for married couples or best friends within your group would help them better realise what the other person needs in order to feel alive and close to God.
Leadership Team

Using the simple comparison report can also be a great team-building exercise with your leadership. By understanding what matters most about God to each person on the team, it is possible to understand collaboration and conflict far better and end up with a far more productive, symbiotic group of influencers at the helm of the church. Just hand around a copy of the report and go around the table asking each person why their native spiritual style means so much to them in their relationship with God. Then ask each person to affirm what they see in the others. Watch what happens.
Pastor Compared to Church

The simple comparison can also be used to compare a group with an individual. This could be a small group leader compared to the rest of their small group or, as in the example above, a pastor compared to their whole church. In this example, Pastor Jane can be encouraged that her influence is likely enhancing the sensory, sharing and enthusiastic experiences of God in her church. However, when it comes to the church's Scripture-driven deficit, this report may point out that she needs to look for assistance from someone else to both train and inspire the church in that area, and also herself.
