Growth Tracker
What is it?
The Growth Tracker is a system that allows you to store, analyse and produce PDF reports based on your and other's test results from The 3 Colors of Your Spirituality.
If spiritual growth is taken seriously, one of the most important questions must be, "How can I tell if its actually happening?" If you can answer that you will know when to celebrate the growing partnership between God and the people setting out to grow, or know when your growth plans need to be revised. The Growth Tracker will help you answer that question.
With great ease, your annually renewable subscription to the Growth Tracker allows you to search upon and compare your own survey information, the results for a small group, or even the data of your whole church. You can even analyse combinations of these with the click of a few buttons.
More than this, the Growth Tracker will help you to identify who can learn from who on the growth journey. It may even reveal that growth is possibly limited in your group or church because everyone looks much the same as each other, or because the leaders are very different to everyone else (without perhaps realising it).
For the moment, the system allows you to process The 3 Colors of Your Spirituality Spiritual Style Test. However, the ability to track your and your friends test results from The 3 Colors of Ministry, The 3 Colors of Love, and Color Your World with Natural Church Development will be added soon and will be included in the same subscription cost.

Pricing philosophy
At one level, Natural Church Development is based around the idea that what you put into something should be in proportion to what you get out of it. If not, there is something wrong that needs attention. So if you are going to put some money into a Growth Tracker subscription, how much should you pay? If you use it from time to time but don't really find it helpful for nurturing spiritual growth, then obviously its worth very little to you. If, on the other hand, you find it helpful as a means of guiding and assisting the transformation of numerous lives within your care... well it could be very difficult to put a price on that. So we've decided to let you choose what you will pay.
When you click the button below you will be given a range of price options. They all give you access to the full Growth Tracker system but in essence allow you to say what it is worth to you if you choose to renew your subscription each year. To make things easy, we encourage you to simply choose the lowest price option first time around and find out over the next year whether the system adds value to your overall ministry. If you find the Growth Tracker to be very helpful or would even like to express your sense of the value of the ongoing work of Natural Church Development Internationally, then by all means subscribe or resubscribe at a higher price value.

One more thing... Subscribers to the Growth Tracker system also gain access to the increasing pool of research findings based on the international 3 Color database. Furthermore, you can add research requests to the analysis que in order to get more information about the specific details that interest you.
